Over the years, I've had many types of towable tubes, from straight inner tubes, wing-shaped ones, to the big, round flat ones, and while they all were and are fun, none of them compares to the experience of this "chariot on water". This tube is very generous in size and can easily hold two large adults with room to spare. The tube has a lot of really cool and colorful graphics which will make it stand out quite a bit on the water. The stitching is all really well done which is important, especially on both of the tow strap connections. Since the tube is quite large, plan on using a high-volume air source in order to inflate it. I used a regular blow gun from my shop compressor, and it took several minutes to fully inflate the tube. It has a "Boston" valve in both the bottom section and the wall section (each section is inflated separately) which you can use adapters and such that are compatible with these valves. With the size and bulk of the tube, it would be best to have an on-board air source and inflate it once you are on the water; although it can be transported in the boat fully aired up if the boat is large enough. While the kids can have a blast riding it, it's also very well designed for older adults who want the experience but not the "scare factor". Since this tube has a sort of "wall" which surrounds the riders from the sides all the way around the back, it can make for a safer riding experience since you're not just sitting on an open tube. The two seats have a friction padded section to help keep you from sliding around on the tube while riding. What sets this tube apart from others, and is a really neat aspect is, this tube can be towed from the front or the back! Towing from the front, riders are seated and surrounded by the "wall". When towing from the rear, riders are typically kneeling with the wall in front of them. Now the more adventurous riders might try standing when riding as a chariot, although I wouldn't condone this for obvious safety reasons! Either way, it makes for a stable ride as that wall provides a lot of support. The tube has plenty of handholds which are thick and padded for comfort - two in the middle, one on each side when riding it seated, and there are several on the top of the back "wall" when riding in it chariot style. While the tube does provide support and a safe riding experience, if the boat operator cranks it up and knows how to negotiate aggressive turns, the riding experience can be ramped up quite a bit. This is what makes the tube so versatile in that it can be pulled in a normal, mild manner, or you can make the ride more thrilling by making aggressive maneuvers, depending on the riders' comfort and skill level. I want to stress this point clearly; this tube can be smooth and gentle, or the ride can be made to be more vigorous and thrilling. At normal speeds, it's very stable, but with higher speeds and more aggressive maneuvers, it can become less stable, or "more fun", as the youngsters put it. And yes, it can be turned over, throwing riders out if pulling it too aggressively. Overall, this is a really nice addition to your water toys or, if this is your first one, it's a good choice since there are several ways to ride it, varying the experience. Most boats which can pull a skier, can easily pull this tube, even with two riders. I have a jet ski, one of the higher horsepower models, and it can pull it with ease. As for value, while it isn't cheap in dollar amount, it is a bargain for the size and features of the product. You won't find a lot of well-made, large and feature-rich tubes such as this one for less than $200. Amazon has a lot listed and many regular flat tubes are more than this behemoth! I highly recommend this thing for some great summer fun out on the water!

This inflatable tube sofa is the way to go for a comfortable ride. The back of the sofa is supportive and comfortable and makes it possible to enjoy riding on the tube even with back pain...something that a traditional tube can't do. The tube sofa is very well built with heavy duty material and good quality manufacturing. It's plenty big enough for 2 adults or a couple adults and a child or dog. Its size makes it stable in the water and it's a lot of fun to ride. I love that it can be pulled from either side so you can sit back against the couch back or kneel on the tube and grab onto the couch back. Aside from its intended use as a tow tube, this makes a great river float compared to a standard tube. It's so nice to have a back to lean up against on a long river day, or you can sit to the side with one arm on the back and hang out with your tubing partner. Overall this tube is one of the better designed tubes I've seen and it seems like a solid value for the money.

I have used a lot of towable tubes over the years, and this one quickly became a favorite because of its size, comfort, and overall stability on the water. The super sofa style design makes it feel secure even when the boat picks up speed, and the backrest and side support give riders something solid to lean into during turns. It is large enough for multiple riders, and the shape makes it easy for both kids and adults to enjoy without feeling like they are going to slide off. WOW - this couch-style tube is amazing! We have used the major name-brand version of this style, and this model from PuroShelt hits all of the features we love. When you unpack this, you will understand how the weight of the materials equates to quality. The handles are foam-filled and even have soft neoprene underneath them to keep your knuckles from chaffing on the heavy canvas. And there are a ton of handles! All of the tow points have extensive stitching for support and durability. The tube is versatile, allowing to be towed as a sitting couch (from the front) or kneeling from rear.
