I was disappointed when getting this bag because the long strap isn't long enough to be a cross-body for someone who is 5'7. It's level with my stomach and I was going to return it but didn't want to mess. As a handbag/shoulder bag, it's a very good bag and very spacious and sturdy. So with time, I grew to love it despite not being a crossbody. I can always buy a separate strap to make it a crossbody because it does have a place to attach keychains and such. I can fit a decent-sized hardcover book, a travel sketchbook, my Chromebook which is 11.5, a sweatshirt, hat/gloves, wallet, work badge, a brown paper lunch bag with a sandwich, and waterbottle and it has a space for feminine products. this bag is exactly what it looks like! it's super cute, simple and sturdy (seemingly. i've only used it a few times but it looks like it will last.) other reviews are saying it's floppy, and it is at the top, but the bottom is rectangular and tougher, so it stands on its own, and if there are things inside it's not an issue at all. also it has waterproof nylon material in the inside, so it's not just corduroy. i like that the outside pocket goes all the way up the bag, so nothing will fall out. i am difficult to please, and i am very happy with it. it's worth the 20 bucks 100%, if you are on the fence about it, just get it! ... show more
