Ok here’s the low down on Torrid leggings: 1. They are thick! Both a plus and a minus. A plus because it means they won’t be see through or thin out. You can squat, sit, walk do all the things and no one will see through them A minus because that makes them hot. If you sweat you will be hot. If you’re sweating putting them on, they will stick. They are hot because the material is thick. This is both good and bad. In the winter you’ll stay warm in the summer you’ll be hot but not totally uncomfortable. 2. Great compression and they will last for years and still give you great compression. They won’t wear out between the legs. 3. Fit is great - don’t lie to yourself with leggings. If you’re a size 5 around the belly then get a size 5 or even a 6. Let the leggings do their job and then you won’t be stretching the material out. Get your size and if you’re between sizes, size up! 4. The material is thick and not see through IF YOU GET THE RIGHT SIZE! Don’t lie and say your are a size 2 or 3 and buy small. GET YOUR SIZE or SIZE UP! You’ll be more comfortable and the leggings won’t be see through. Remember material can only stretch so far. The material is also soft, not scratchy, so you’ll like that.     • Torrid just knows how to make bike shorts!

I am a huge fan of Torrid's bike shorts in general, but I normally do either the 9" or sometimes 5" versions. This was my first pair of 11". I am 5'8 and these went just to the top of my knee bend. It felt a little strange at first to be that long, but I decided to use them for working about and I was so happy! One of my exercises is either a regular or stationary bike and I didn't realize now nice it was to not sweat behind my knees or have the skin stick together while biking. Had I thought about that before I would have been wearing these for workouts for years. They also don't ride up or get out of place which is awesome. I wear the shorter versions as shorts all the time, the pockets are amazing, the coverage is good, they hold up to wash after wash after wear after wear beautifully. I find them true to size, and the fabric is thin enough to be comfortable while thick enough to not be transparent. I highly recommend all of Torrid's bike shorts, these awesome 11" ones included! ... show more
