I have ordered around twenty of these meters over the past two years or so, and have been very pleased. Make no mistake, these do not have the accuracy of a digital VOM, and these are not military-grade units, either. For the hobbyist, these surface-mount meters do a nice job: the accuracy is good, they look nice, and I've had only one defective unit to date. There is a heads-up I should warn you about, though: throw out the adhesive pads. Even if you use rubbing alcohol (and you should) to clean both surfaces, the adhesive may stick to the object, yet somehow peel from the pad itself. Very strange. The meters, when operated continuously, do produce some heat.....that's when the adhesive pad separates. So, use a quality double faced tape such as Gorilla. The meters are sleek and clean looking. easy to read and accurate within .08vdc +/-. have had it on 24/7 for a month now with zero issues. very happy with it. easy to read even in direct sunlight and not to bright at night. fairly generous amount of wire that should work for most applications.

    • Very cool voltage monitor
These are pretty thin, quite accurate. I use them to gauge some solar panels and my only complaint is that they don’t read voltage below about 5 volts. For automobile or motorcycle use that would not be an issue. Bright color, good contrast, easy to apply.

Small enough to not look like an amateurish accessory, display is big enough to easily read, and the right enough to not be obscured in bright light. I'm using the white lighted one. Only two wires, so installation couldn't be easier.

Works very well as far as reading voltage ---- but the digital read-out numerials are near impossible to see in the direct daylight. In a car it would be fine, but on a motorcycle you have to cover it with your hand sometimes to read it. Maddening.

Bought this for a gas golf cart. I wanted to keep track of battery charge with short engine run tims. It worked for 30 seconds and then shorted out. I'm glad that I fused it. Waste.

Looks nice. Easy to install in small space. Blue numbers hard to read in sun light. Installed on lawn tractor- voltmeter quit after 2 hours of use. No good. Too bad, it looked real nice.
