I got this hair because I wanted a closure deep wave wig and I also wanted to straighten it just to see how it would look. As I was straightening it, I noticed that there was some shedding which I expected but some of the strands looked very different and would stick to the flat iron. Some of the strands were thin and some were thick and jet black and those were the strands that would stick to the flat iron and burn which leads me to believe that the hair is a human/synthetic mix. Now I wear the hair curly and even though I do think it’s a mix, it’s really soft and detangles very easily. I like wearing the wig and I haven’t had any problems when it comes to styling it. Since I flat ironed it first, I think the curls may have gotten limp because now the wig has more of a wet and wavy kinda look instead of a deep wave look but I already have another deep wave wig so I don’t mind the looser curl pattern. I think the wet and wavy gives an effortless wave kinda vibe. Regardless, I’d say to get the wig cuz it’s really nice and soft. I would have never known it was a mix if I didn’t straighten it and if you don’t plan on straightening it then it shouldn’t be a problem for you. ... show more

This is definitely a great wig for beginners and if you are more advanced with installing your own wig and modifying then this is an even better go to on a budget. I hadn't the first clue what I was doing but a few YT videos later and I had managed to hide the lace at least for a few hours. The only problem I have with this wig is it is not "big head" friendly. I could not secure the combs on my last braids on the end but had to secure them to the row just above. If it wasn't for that I would definitely use this as my go to and buy again. ... show more

Love it! Definitely giving what it needed to! I did a middle part. And a side part. Little water and conditioner in a spray bottle give it the wet look. When it dry and frizz out it’s pretty as well.

This hair was quick to ship and arrive. Upon arrival hair did have a bit of a smell not too bad and after my pre wash it was gone. The curls are gorgeous, I literally mousse it every other day and just put water on it in between. The lace melted with no issues. Minimal shedding and bleached perfectly! Purchased to for my vacation to Cancun and I went on a wave runner, parasailing, swimming(tied her down) and washed her while on vacation. She held up well. To keep her longer, put silicone oil or spray on after 3rd day of wear and curls bounce right back. Spray some on after you wash the wig to and let it air dry upside down. Curls fall back in place.
