These made my living room feel luxurious and cozy. The material is soft and has a lot of weight. A week after I hung them all the folding marks have disappeared. Easy to install and loved it had many hanging style options. The heat retention is also great I feel the living room really got some insulation from the windows tiny breeze. I got the beige color and I love it. I’d say they’re not 100% blackout, more like an 80%? Which is fine with me it does the job. They are great quality, make the room look great and a fraction of the price that you will get anywhere else. The picture is pretty true to color. It blocks light well if you want it for that. These have a great look, perfect for the 70s vibe I was going for (I got the mustard yellow). They are nice and thick, not real velvet but still soft and easier to clean than velvet. I use them to cover a closet but they are definitely thick enough to block light. They hang nicely and I really like that they had two options for hanging.
