  • I recommend it,well made and very precise.
Item Shape: 1-20Nm, 8 Bits
Works very well,I’m planning to buy the other version, mine is the one that can handle only 20 nm of torque, the other goes to 80 nm of torque,if you have a expensive bike is worth it,you really don’t want to make any damage to your aluminum or carbon fiber frame, the repairs or replacement can be way to expensive,I recommend this wrench for precision when comes to adjust to an specific torque. ... show more

  • Another of life's lessons that cost me Money!!!
Item Shape: 1-20Nm, 8 Bits
Amazon does not provide a way to return a product you order by mistake! I DID NOT realize this was not the 3/8" drive Torque wrench until it arrived here. I immediately contacted Amazon informing them of my mistake. They sent me an email informing me that I could use the Torque Wrench as a learning tool!!! They could not allow me to return it!!! So now I've paid $200.00 to learn another of life's lessons. If I'd bought this from my local bicycle shop, got home and realized I'd bought the wrong tool there would have been no problem in returning to them. That's what good home town business's do for their loyal customers. Online business's like to remain behind the smoke and mirrors. The Topeak Wrench is Excellent IF it is the wrench you want. ... show more

  • This is pretty great.
Item Shape: 1-20Nm, 8 Bits
I got the wrench and it is simple to use, it comes with one AA battery and instructions and a nice case. The case holds the wrench and the bits tightly and protects the wrench. The wrench is so easy to use. It is reversible for those left hand threads. This is one of the few that I could find that will go as low as 2 newton-meters for working on some parts of bicycles. The wrench will beep as you get to the setting. It works well that way. You can look at the digital display while you are using it and see when the beep occurs. But the beep works will for those many times when you can't see the display. All the bits are nice, nothing extra special. It comes with calibration paperwork from the factory calibration. I think it said +/- 2% or maybe even lower. Really nice. ... show more

  • Battery’s corrode
Item Shape: 4-80Nm, 10 Bits, 8 Sockets, DX
Much lighter than other torque wrenches, the main reason for purchase. That and it’s ability to torque in either direction. I don’t like the idea of corrosion within the electronics from leaving battery’s in the wrench, the beep is nice when alone and quiet but outside at a race or other venue and it easily goes unnoticed. Also, the setting of the torque value is tedious and finicky. Don’t accidentally switch scales when setting the torque and under/over tighten the bolt either. ... show more

  • Doesn’t work at all
Item Shape: 4-80Nm, 10 Bits, 8 Sockets, DX
This wrench may or may not work if you buy it from a proper retailer, but mine arrived with a scratch in the display and doesn’t work at all- you can set the max torque value but nothing happens when tightening a bolt (no display of the current torque value or alert when you reach the target). Was probably something used that was defective and just repackaged and resold. ... show more

  • Accurate and easy to use
Item Shape: 1-20Nm, 8 Bits
Much better than non-digital torque wrenches. More accurate and precise. Inspires confidence and ensures consistency. Well worth the extra cost.

  • Tedious to change torque
Item Shape: 1-20Nm, 8 Bits
I've owned this torque wrench for over a year. There are many things I like about its design: compact, reliable, good build quality, nice case. The one fly in the ointment for me is that the torque is set at a resolution of 1/100 Nm. So whenever I change the torque setting, it seems to take about 30 sec. of button pressing to specify the torque I want. Press and holding the torque setting button will fast forward the setting, but it often results in an overshoot or undershoot, and them its back to repeated presses to get to the target. It can become tedious if I'm setting several screws or bolts at different torque levels. Why not give the user the ability to specify the resolution he/she wants to work with, so one button press will advance by 0.1 or 1 Nm? I've never had the need to specify a torque in increments smaller than 1Nm myself. I'm not sure when specifying the torque with a precision of 0.01 Nm is ever necessary. ... show more

Item Shape: 1-20Nm, 8 Bits
Very precise Use on my carbon bikes. Reason for 4 stars is that you the attachemnts are short and no extensions. Cannot get into some seatpost recessed screws and have to,use an onld mechaical model, that will accept extensions. I comapred the digital readout to my analogue wrenches and the analoges were off 25% on average comparecto this unit. I like the sound indicator- you dont have to look at the gague to know when youmhit your torque. ... show more
