My wife has been wanting the Ms Pac man table arcade for years. while searching this past Christmas I found this Gem here on Amazon. I could not be more please with the quality of this machine. Everything that the description says about this arcade table is true. The customer service is amazing. Be sure to text to the number they give you with the shipment before you complain about anything (you'll understand after getting the video), the video that he sends will explain everything. Everything about it is great, the picture quality the sound, the controls, everything is commercial quality and looks like it will last a long time. It has LED lights that you can change colors and configurations with a remote control. The machine looks as awesome as it is. Everyone of all ages will have some great fun playing this machine. Also, the machine arrived about 3 weeks earlier than it was said to arrive. It was packaged well and mine was delivered by FedEx Freight, the driver was exceptional also. I highly recommend this over the cheap ones you find for around $500 and come with a few games and are definitely not commercial quality. This machine will last for years to come and with over 3500 games it as something for everyone. Definitely brought back memories of playing on this years ago.

It's a nice cabinet but the menu system on the games is a bit dated and doesn't have a lot features. There is a youtube video on how to turn on the favorites screen but it doesn't work in vertical mode for some reason. It's just a small Windows PC inside, and if you're a tech type, it wouldn't be hard to build your own PC with your own game collection.

Great pre and post product purchase customer support. The machine is easy to set up out of box. Be aware if have to move it or down flight of stairs it is not a one person job. Light features add an old school arcade room feel. Sound is easy to change volume etc or turn off. Games are easy to change and find. Pros: Well built Easy to make custom game list Easy to change from free to paid play Customer service, replied within an hour during sellers business hours Fast shipping Easy to make a custom game list Cons: Some games cannot not play in "cocktail" set up. Have to get tutorial vids sent from customer service (should send links with product) If shut off, doesn't keep high scores Overall more then happy with purchase. Customer service. Worth the money if you like old school games. Highly recommend the console. +++UPDATE+++ Has been a year since got console. It has been running (left turned on) or and being played (24/7) for 10 of the 12 months owned it and ZERO problems or issues with it. Not even a burned light!!

Let's just start by saying, that when I unboxed this machine, it took me back to my childhood with all those pizza parlor arcade style games that I used to play as a child. I am 54 years old and grew up playing all these games. It includes Pac Man, Dig Dug, Street Fighter, Galaxians, and thousands more (depending on what machine you buy). I also have a PS5....but, sometimes its great to go back 40 years, grab a beer, and tool around with the old time favorites. I went with the 26" tilt screen model. I mean all your visual feedback is in the screen, so why not get the best if you are already throwing down 2k or so for the unit. I immediately wanted to see how the tilt screen worked and attempted to tilt it up. I was unaware that the unit comes with the screen locked in place during shipping, so I could not figure out how to engage the tilt screen. It makes sense that it would be locked during transport though. The unit does not come with instructions, but the seller includes contact information, whereby you can send him a text and he will reply with the links to the videos. It was 1AM when I texted him to request the video links. My wife asked me why I didn't wait until the morning to text. I told her, that I was just sending it at 1AM, not expecting a reply, but when he reads it in the morning, he can reply back. Well imagine my surprise when he replied back to me 10 minutes later, at 1:10 AM, with the links to the videos. The next day I was moving the unit into my house in the back yard. You are able to fully remove the front control panel so that the unit can fit through a standard size 30" interior door. When removing the front control panel, I accidentally disconnected a cable, and for the life of me, could not figure out where to re-connect it. I texted the seller, attaching a picture, and asked where this cable belongs. He again, within 10 minutes or so, replied explaining to me that it was related to the trac ball. When I needed more clarification in regards to the connection, he just called me and explained how to access the area. I mean you can't get any better customer service than that. When looking for a machine it came down to a few sellers. the units were all running about $500 more than this one. I figured that the other sellers had probably been around longer because their review numbers were so much higher. But at $500 cheaper, I figured let's try this guy. I'm glad I did. Again, I would consider this A+ customer service. If you are in the market for a machine, they sell many different versions, pull the trigger with this company. You will not be disappointed. I have included some images of the machine. I have her set up in my house/man cave in the back yard. Every man cave needs one of these.
