Let's just start by saying, that when I unboxed this machine, it took me back to my childhood with all those pizza parlor arcade style games that I used to play as a child. I am 54 years old and grew up playing all these games. It includes Pac Man, Dig Dug, Street Fighter, Galaxians, and thousands more (depending on what machine you buy). I also have a PS5....but, sometimes its great to go back 40 years, grab a beer, and tool around with the old time favorites. I went with the 26" tilt screen model. I mean all your visual feedback is in the screen, so why not get the best if you are already throwing down 2k or so for the unit. I immediately wanted to see how the tilt screen worked and attempted to tilt it up. I was unaware that the unit comes with the screen locked in place during shipping, so I could not figure out how to engage the tilt screen. It makes sense that it would be locked during transport though. The unit does not come with instructions, but the seller includes contact information, whereby you can send him a text and he will reply with the links to the videos. It was 1AM when I texted him to request the video links. My wife asked me why I didn't wait until the morning to text. I told her, that I was just sending it at 1AM, not expecting a reply, but when he reads it in the morning, he can reply back. Well imagine my surprise when he replied back to me 10 minutes later, at 1:10 AM, with the links to the videos. The next day I was moving the unit into my house in the back yard. You are able to fully remove the front control panel so that the unit can fit through a standard size 30" interior door. When removing the front control panel, I accidentally disconnected a cable, and for the life of me, could not figure out where to re-connect it. I texted the seller, attaching a picture, and asked where this cable belongs. He again, within 10 minutes or so, replied explaining to me that it was related to the trac ball. When I needed more clarification in regards to the connection, he just called me and explained how to access the area. I mean you can't get any better customer service than that. When looking for a machine it came down to a few sellers. the units were all running about $500 more than this one. I figured that the other sellers had probably been around longer because their review numbers were so much higher. But at $500 cheaper, I figured let's try this guy. I'm glad I did. Again, I would consider this A+ customer service. If you are in the market for a machine, they sell many different versions, pull the trigger with this company. You will not be disappointed. For those that want deets, continue reading… By far the best… CUSTOMER SERVICE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I received the first table and it was damaged in transit. I called the customer service number attached to the table and explained what happened and spoke to Sean. He gave no thoughts and immediately launched into action! Sean requested pics of the damage. I was willing to keep it and deal with it. Sean further explained that isn’t his motto. He would not be satisfied with a damaged unit! So the shippers said it’ll be a week or so to pick it up. Sean got them to get the damaged table ASAP like in two days! Sean told me he is sending a new table the same day just to pack it up and have it ready. Sean said this next package DO NOT SIGN until you’ve thoroughly checked it! Yessir 🫡 OMG just under a week later, the new package arrived. Believe me you, I took my time and instructed my adult sons not to sign until we got it in the house and thoroughly checked the table. There were boot prints on the top and side! We opened it and thankfully the glass was not cracked but they chipped the short edge of the console. I told Sean that it had a chip and I could use a black furniture marker to obscure it. Not on Sean’s watch! Sean to the rescue, “I’ll send you a new console with instructions on how to replace it. Man it feels good to be treated like royalty! Thank you Sean. Gotta mention this. I conversed with Top US Arcades and I asked what the diameter of the stools seat. He replied 16” I purchased some 16” round cushions for extra padding. When I saw that the stools diameter were smaller than indicated I sent him pictures. He made his apologies for misinterpreting the conversation with height and not diameter. He didn’t argue or stall, he said keep the stools and find the stools you like and I’ll pay for it!! PayPal 🛎 dinged me “you received payment from…” He is a man of his word! I would definitely recommend this company! My wife has been wanting the Ms Pac man table arcade for years. while searching this past Christmas I found this Gem here on Amazon. I could not be more please with the quality of this machine. Everything that the description says about this arcade table is true. The customer service is amazing. Be sure to text to the number they give you with the shipment before you complain about anything (you'll understand after getting the video), the video that he sends will explain everything. Everything about it is great, the picture quality the sound, the controls, everything is commercial quality and looks like it will last a long time. It has LED lights that you can change colors and configurations with a remote control. The machine looks as awesome as it is. Everyone of all ages will have some great fun playing this machine. Also, the machine arrived about 3 weeks earlier than it was said to arrive. It was packaged well and mine was delivered by FedEx Freight, the driver was exceptional also. I highly recommend this over the cheap ones you find for around $500 and come with a few games and are definitely not commercial quality. Great pre and post product purchase customer support. The machine is easy to set up out of box. Be aware if have to move it or down flight of stairs it is not a one person job. Light features add an old school arcade room feel. Sound is easy to change volume etc or turn off. Games are easy to change and find. Pros: Well built Easy to make custom game list Easy to change from free to paid play Customer service, replied within an hour during sellers business hours Fast shipping Cons: Some games cannot not play in "cocktail" set up. Have to get tutorial vids sent from customer service (should send links with product) If shut off, doesn't keep high scores Overall more then happy with purchase. Customer service. The media could not be loaded. This is just like the tables my wife and I played at the pizza place and arcade when we were kids, but better! So many game choices!! The cabinet is high quality and the sounds and lights are excellent! So glad we invested in this for our game room!

Ours is set up in the garage waiting for the game room carpet to go down but has been in FULL use since we opened it up. We had EXELLENT and IMMEDIATE response to all our questions and were sent videos specifically for setting this up so though we figured out the basics without the instructions - the videos were a huge help. YOU will LOVE LOVE LOVE this arcade game machine!!! and so will all your neighbors, friends and hired help. : ) They even managed to get it shipped in the limited time I had for receiving it. : ) ... show more
