Bought this for a Henry 22 for plinking and pest control. The scope box was packaged in a larger oversized box with a little brown packing paper. For the most part the packaged scope was rattling around in the larger box. Upon unboxing the scope, I noticed one of the turrent caps had damage to the anodized finish from contacting the corner of one of the scope rings. The rings were only in small ziplock style plastic without any sort of wrap and loose in the box with the scope. Mounting the scope was easy, both dovetail and weaver/pic style rings were included. Ring quality would be fine for plinking with a 22 but anything more would probably warrant better rings. The scope itself impressed me for something in this price range. Clarity was good, eye relief and eye box pretty forgiving. The fiber optic reticle was plenty visible indoors and very visible outdoors. Reticle reminded me of a Trijicon post triangle morphed with a cosshair. I like the illumination without the need for a battery. Sighting in impressed me again. Point of impact tracked very well with the turrent adjustments. Once it was zeroed it has maintained zero thus far. Overall no complaints except for sub par packaging and the minor damage it had. Scope is great as a budget LPVO for a 22 rifle. Mounted it, zero’d and it held steady. Only gripe I have is that it’s a 1.3 inch tube diameter and not a 1 inch. The mounts it came with arent amazing but they work well. Flip up covers are a nice bonus. Overall fantastic scope that leaves very little to be desired. ... show more
