Packaged beautifully not a scratch, dent or ding, but I can't get these corner guards off to attach the handle. I'm afraid I'm going to damage the product just trying to remove the screws which are getting stripped just from using a screwdriver. The packaging was Excellent! There were lots of 1" thick styrofoam sheets & plywood for protection. The small tool box was securely fastened with four bolts to the floor of the storage cavity in the rolling chest. However, there were defects. The fronts of both drawers of the rolling chest, as well as the locking cover of the storage cavity, have depressions which were made in the metal during the manufacturing process. In fact, most of the depressions are going from the inside out. I added photos of the large cardboard box sides to show no noticeable corresponding damage. Also, when I removed the right screw from the side-panel, I saw a break in the metal at the hole's thinnest edge margin. I bought this tool box set to use in my garage. I decided not to go through the hassle of trying to get the seller to replace any of the factory damaged pieces, because the tool box is still functional. If it wasn't, then I definitely would have sought replacement pieces. The manufacturing facility should have a better Quality Assurance Department. I wonder if this "Rolling Tool Chest" got inspected at all. So, despite what is written on the sides of the shipping box, Buyer Beware!

I believe ARIAJ packed this very well. Plywood, styro , and thick cardboard, yet it sustained damage. I was able to straighten out the damage. When I tried to install the handle the 4 bolts that held in the toolbox in shipping were the only 4 available to do so. They did not fit in the inserts for the handle. this unit is not very big, the drawers not very tall, and I find the lower door on the shelf area to be hard to grip the plastic inset. It is not the strongest unit I have ever used. But if one does not fill it with a ton of heavy stuff and doesn't move it around a lot, it is an acceptable toolbox. Nicely finished. Drawers slide in & out ok. nice looking unit. the drawer liners are ok. I plan to put it against the wall and not make it mobile. So I'm not thrilled but it will do the job. I give it a 3 to 3-1/2 . Will work well for weekend warriors.
