Did not stand up to a week in the hvac field. The zippers dont hold up and break open easily, yes it has a lot of pockets to store different things but not placed where you need them. Doesn't stand up when you sit it down, I had drills & battery's atthe bottom of the bag but only a handful of hand tool In the front pocket, no matter how I loaded the backpack it would end up in the insulation. Before I start, allow me to say this. I have used this bag every day for about 3 months. I am an HVAC tech and carry wireless gauges, probes, and the tools that go with them. This wasn't a "used it once" review. So here is the deal. The center divider is what gives the bag its rigidity, and it is removable. Sounds great... until the zipper that holds it in decides it wants to unzip on its own. I ended up putting a zip tie on it just to keep it closed. Well, that zip tie finally broke while I was at a customer's house. The center divider came loose, and if you've never tried getting that thing back in, good luck. I had to throw my tool bag back together just to get out of their house. Pretty humiliating when you're trying to look professional. Strike two. When you open the front of the bag, it wants to tip forward. Yes, it comes with the little strap that's supposed to keep the front from laying on the ground. Spoiler... the entire bag still flips forward. Mine is slightly off-center, so when it goes, there go all my screwdrivers with it. I have tried everything I could think of to keep the back planted. Weight, foam, wood... none of it made a difference. At this point I have multiple zip ties holding the center together, and I am already looking for another bag. That's disappointing considering how little time I've owned it. Now, if money is tight, hear me out. I would still say buy it. It'll absolutely get you by and do the job for a while. But if you're looking for something that's going to hold up long term, I would spend the extra money and get something else. This one just hasn't earned my confidence. ... show more

Got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, this thing is heavy and heavy duty, im really glad I got this one. He's gonna love it! Update: Its now May, still going strong and he fits ALOT in it. His only complaint is space for all his bigger tools, its definitely not ment for like drills plus 100 little tools but he makes due! The tape thingy works great, and he has so many different attachments on the sides/clips. Like any backpack, when ALL of the pockets are being used it can be hard to fit stuff into some or close/work the zippers, so he has a few unused but everything he NEEDS he can fit! ... show more

There's a few things that are flawed but because it's less than half the price of all its competitors I give it 4 out of 5. The zippers are incredibly annoying in the truck, but putting heat shrink on them fixed that issue. The only problems I have is how it folds forward in a way that's a little frustrating, minor issue. The worst part is how of you put even 1lb of anything in the front pocket the whole backpack dumps forward and everything falls out, keep it light. If you're super picky or not capable of being complacent with minor flaws, this backpack is a great value for the price you pay. It has a strong build and has versatility. ... show more
