Great for gentle big dogs

I got this as an indoor cage for my Great Dane she is 9 months old and already huge but she is a super gentle dog I would not put my 10 month old weimeriner in here cause the cage is made cheap and is thin and she would break it but for a gentle big dog that you just want to keep safe this is great

I have a St Bernard/bull mastiff mix, so she is large, and crate trained, but was out growing her 48 inch crate enclosed one, I looked at a lot of these and these one fit her bedroom, I put it together myself, would have been a lot easier with two people this is a good unit, I did not put the top on
since it is indoors, it will be all she needs in the picture she is only 6 months old

The media could not be loaded. Ordered this cage because my dog had a litter of 9 puppies. The puppies were transferred to the cage at 6 weeks. It does the job now, however it is slowly falling apart the more they jump up on the sides. I put up the cage, easy to do but tedious as there are so many pa
rts. After all that work puting on all the brackets they just fall off. If you tighten the bolt to much it strips. This cage will not confine a big dog. I put the mom in there and she moved the entire cage. When it comes to waterproof this too is a negative especially in Florida. The water weighs down the top and it floods in. I have it on my patio. If you have small dogs, this will work but big dogs or multiple hyper puppies don't waste your money. Had to take it down it is not safe for any animal. The seller was amazing and took care of me.

Huge!! Puzzle solving dogs will escape.

Love the space this kennel offers. However, my aussie-mix loves to "solve" things like how to get into packages, snuffle mats, Kong toys.... the latch that keeps the kennel shut was no problem for him to figure out. It's a slide down mechanism that dogs can lick up and escape from with minimal effort
. We needed to reinforce by actually locking the kennel with a master lock we had. So while we love so many things about this kennel, it is not difficult for dogs to escape from and you should consider that before leaving your pooch alone in it.

The bolts and butterfly nuts it comes with are extremely cheap. We've had this up for a week for our Great Dane and already every single top latch has slid down the poles, and the butterfly nuts and bolts are stripped.. Extremely flimsy and cheap material. Its hard enough to find a crate big enough s
o he can be comfortable. I just don't think this style is it. He's very clever also, and knows he can push the crate to move it around because there's no way to secure it to the floor.

The instructions are not that straight forward , had to disassemble it 4 times until we got the panels line up correctly , and the metal wires were bent on one of the panel . The size is ok for SMALL dogs, but I wouldn’t use it for medium and defiantly not large dog .

Go with the Lucky Dog Kennels if you don't have small dogs
Color: New Black
If you have a few chihuahuas, maltipoos, small breeds etc, this will work, it is incredibly light and can be pushed around if put on hard surfaces such as concrete or vinyl/hardwood flooring. The Lucky Dog Kennels have more weight to them and are around the same price.

It’s the perfect size for our 100 lb Rottweiler. I know she is safe and can no longer get out like she did with her other dog pen. Very happy with this product.

These are not going to be sturdy enough for an active dog or a large dog

We purchased two, although they look nice they are not sturdy and the latch is small and hard to manage. They will not be suitable for a large dog or an active dog.

It was a little in the flemsy side. It would be perfect for small dogs to keep them from going into other rooms but big dogs shake the bolts loose

Firstly this came with a broken lock, which is fixable I found a work around. But the bands on top used to tie the canapy have gaps in between them you think it would be tight enough but no my husky figured out how to slip through the gaps on top and jump out smh. This is also not rainproof. The rain
comes in from the side and will wet pretty much everything . Very disappointed as I got it for this reason. This would be better if they had a fabric covering that could go over the top flat and sides. If anyone knows where I can find such a covering let me know!
