Alot of the older Disney tonies have other voices for the characters and songs. Some of them are OK and others are a bit rough. This Mulan tonie has actual movie audio and the songs from the movie with the actors singing them. As a fan of old Disney, I was pleased to hear one with the actual real voices in the story and songs. My toddler absolutely loves this tonie. It's listened to at minimum a few times a week. She even wanted a Mulan dress up dress so she could pretend to be Mulan while listening to it. I highly recommend this tonie. It's a hit in our house with the adults and the toddler.

I carefully chose this Mulan tonie after listening to its audio sample on the Toniebox website, because the sample actually sounded like the original artists from the movie. We had been so disappointed by the Belle and Rapunzel tonies that came with our Toniebox, since they sounded NOTHING like the original vocalists. Even my toddler could tell that they were off! So I wanted to make sure any other tonies we purchased were at least good matches. This tonie is not only a good match, it actually IS all of the original songs, sung by the original artists from the movie! And, the story is narrated by the actual “grandmother Fa” voice, which is great. I can’t understand why they were able to do this with Mulan and not any of the other characters we have so far (Moana has pretty good matches, but even that one is not the original artists), but I’m grateful this one is true Disney quality. My daughter loves it, and she’s been listening to it on repeat for two days.

Best tonie! It has all the great original songs from the movie. The story is at the end of the songs only 18 mins long.

Have you discovered Tonies yet? I bought my grandkids the player for Christmas gift! It came with a couple of characters that you simply set on top of the player. The best part is there are lots of characters to add to their collection. You can order what each grandchild likes. They are not too expensive and make great gifts. The characters are for sale at many places in town, but because of Amazon Prime I can have them delivered to my house for the same price as going to a store. Love these! And it’s not a screen time toy!

Appreciate when the Tonie uses the original cast vocals— not all do! Seems like there’s few songs on this one but love the story telling! Sounds clear and holds up well like all tonies. We love them!
