The vegan leather and design are beautiful - lovelier even than I expected. The zipper is definitely finicky and I will have to be careful with it. I should probably reduce my rating by a couple of stars for that issue, but the bag is so pretty that I can't bring myself to do that!

I love this crossover bag, but I was disappointed that the one side does not open up. It is sealed so the outside only has one pocket on one side I needed to outside pockets, trying to go to a smaller purse and thought it would work with the two outside pockets but as I said, disappointing, it did not have two, other than that absolutely adorable ... show more

Has these super deep pockets on the outside and I’m constantly losing my keys down them. I basically turn the thing inside out looking for them and they are usually at the very bottom of one of these pockets. Super cute purse as well.

    • Arrived dirty, zipper sticks and breaks.
This bag arrived early which was nice, but when I opened up the packaging there were patches of fuzzy dust-type spots on the outside of the bag. I’m not sure how it happened, but I haven’t been able to fully clean it off. There are gray dusty splotches that won’t wash off. At all. **Update** I finally had occasion to use this purse... 1. The two inches at the zipper’s end inside of the purse aren’t secured and get in the way when you’re trying to put items inside of the purse. 2. I have to stop unzipping the purse at 1.5-2” before the purse is fully opened or the zipper gets stuck and won’t close. Cute purse though... ... show more
