I bought this for my work as a waitress and I really like it! Although it is a bit busy in the inside (the liner of the jacket is colorfully striped), you can’t really see it when it’s on. I like the shoulder pads as it makes my posture look better and adds structure to the jacket - it does attract a little more lint than my other suit jackets though. Overall jacket quality is well made with the exception of it running too small. Exchanged for the next size up. BTW, size 12 is 19 inches from armpit to armpit.
