The socks a just thick enough to feel great, and are long enough to cover the entire calf. That length makes them much more comfortable for a long day at work, as they don't slide down the leg. First, I like the look of these socks and the feel; however I can't get too much use for them because of how tight the elastics are at my calves. I'm not sure why the manufacturer made the elastic so tight fitting at the calves, but it presents a danger of cutting off circulation, particularly, if like me you wear the socks all day. I have at the end of the day, went to pull of the socks and have found that my ankles for feet have swollen due to the lack of circulation that had to created by wearing these socks. I suppose I can experiment with slightly cutting the elastic on a pair and see if that will help while still keeping the socks in place at the upper portion. In case someone might say maybe I didn't get them in the right size- I did.

The feel of the material is amazing. They’re a perfect fit in the toes and in the calves. I have found many other men’s dress socks feel uncomfortable around the toes, or the calves are too tight or they slip down. These are simply amazing. They are worth the extra money.
