Product did not fit as expected. I still give these shoes 5 stars though because once I returned and got the proper size... I can't say enough good things about them. They're very comfortable, they're just wide enough to be the right kind of snug without pinching the feet and keep them from going numb. For sizing reference: In normal shoes I wear a 10.5 and in cycling shoes it's closer to 11. So I ordered an 11. Got the shoes in and there was about an inch of clearance from my big toe to the front of the shoe. Ordered a full size down to a 10 and they fit perfectly. Like the shoe but the they need to improve on the lace provided. I find it breaks too easily. They do provide free replacement laces but they need to change the design to something stronger . Found the shoes atleast half size too big

I have a very high arch so I can not wear most cycle shoes. These fit great and no problem getting them on or tightening them. I recommend them.

    • Laces broke after two wears
Shoes are very comfortable but the quick lace system broke after the second wear. The spool system just came unraveled making the shoe un-useable.
