This was a good cover, I ripped everything out from under the sink and scrubbed it down. there was definitely some rot under there from the water. It is a slow drip that i cant really fix right now. putting this barrier down really saved the day. The water drips on it and I just wipe it up with a paper towel at the end of the day. no more water on the wood floor of the cabinet. I had to cut mine to fit but it is still doing the job. This thing will last forever. Only downside is its not slippery so you have to lift the trash can to pull it out or take in in.

This a nice mat for under the sink to stop water damage. It doesn’t quite fill up my whole cabinet wide. I have standard 36-inch wide cabinet with standard ¾ inch thick walls that makes the inside 34-1/4 and they are 23 inches deep. The mat is 34 x22, ½ too narrow and 1 inch too shallow. For that reason I didn’t put in under my sink. The white color is good and the mat has good thickness and lays flat. The edge is ¾” tall. I’m not sure how you would use the drain. The drain is covered by the cabinet bottom. Plus if you have a sink cabinet with a center support the drain will be directly behind it and not accessible nor will you be able to pull it out. My cabinets are the faceless type with the doors mounted to the sides. I’m not sure I could pull it out without spilling as the silicone is going to be sticky and resist moving. I’ll probably just soak up the water with a sponge if I ever do get it under my sink. For now. I’m using it as a work surface for painting my nails and glue bonding to protect my counter top. It will also come in handy when working under the sink and doing repairs. It will keep all the spilled water contained.

I got three under-sink mats to review, and this was the middle one in terms of the thickness of the silicone and the height of the walls. This gets the job done and is only $30. I tested this by filling it with water, and the walls held up without flopping over. I like the white color to add brightness, and to use in my laundry room area which has white cabinets. This is a good insurance policy to protect the cabinets and floor from leaks, as well as leaking or dripping cleaning liquid containers that get stored under the sink. You should pair this mat with a leak detector alarm. I like that it is a plain flat surface with no logo. It makes it easier to clean. If you have pipes coming up through the bottom of the cabinet, you can cut this with scissors to add a slit. The slit opening will be raised up and sloped away from the slit. I have no idea what the silicone brush is for. I threw it away. Overall, this does exactly what it is supposed to do, and I don’t think higher walls or thicker silicone are needed.

The mat fits perfectly and it gives my under-the-sink area a much needed "makeover". I was debating this white mat vs a different gray one. I'm glad I went for this white mat, as the white color looks so sharp. The only puzzling thing about the mat is the drain hole. I'm not sure if it's functional at all and I hope I'll never have so much standing water that I need to drain. The mat came folded so there are creases, but once you fill up the area, the creases are hardly noticeable. Overall, I'm very happy with the order.

doesn't get easier than this! put it in and wipe when needed! its very wobbly feeling as it is silicone but very sturdy! worth it for sure and makes my old under sink cabinet look brand new!
