I gave this a shot cuz of the price, and it turned out to be a cheap knock-off. The red flags were there before I even removed the cellophane. The gold printing and label were uneven and wonky. Also, theres the "made in USA" stamp - and Tom Ford's fragrances are made in Italy or Switzerland. Took the bottle from the box and pulled off the top to find that the spray nozzle was cheap and wobbly. On to the smell test - YUCK. I've used this fragrance for 7 years and those isn't even a decent "designer imposters" version. It smells "a wee bit" like the proper fragrance at first, but that quickly changes into a cheap and musty odor. AND it burns the skin a bit... that's no fun. I cannot stress enough that this is NOT an authentic Tom Ford fragrance. If somethings too good to be true... you know the rest. ... show more

From what I can tell this seems to be some sort of approximate version of Tom Ford. The smell is pretty close but does not stay the way the authentic product does. If you are able to spend the extra money, I would buy this in store.
