The way the top connects to the bottom, it's doesn't fully tighten. It works well enough by all means but doesn't give the feel like it's going to last for many years. But for as cheap as it was, 'you get what you pay for' so for now, in a rental with no toilet paper holder, it's just what we need.

If you aren't careful when pulling the paper off the roll, it can tip over. My daughter found one that is heavier on the bottom and doesn't do that. I live alone so I'm used to it and careful. I do LIKE the fact that it has a holder on top for Fresh Wipes!
