For the cost of this set, I was impressed. I have a brass faucet and getting a new set to match has been difficult but this comes close. The one thing that was the deal breaker for me was the easy rod lift to replace the toilet paper. It doesn't get much easier than this but it also was not open ended as to allow the roll to easily come off. Win-Win! I absolutely love the simplistic design as I always give thought to how easy or difficult it will be to clean. The color is close to an antique gold. The pieces feel solid and smooth. The last picture is taken from the top with a new roll of toilet paper so it can show the clearance. This happens to be a mega roll and there is just enough room for it to roll. This set came neatly packaged in a small box everything individually wrapped with a small bag of hardware and template. Installation was easy. The one thing I would like others to know is the location of the set screws can be adjusted. At first glance, it looked as though they would be exposed when you would want them on the bottom out of sight. This was fixed by rotating the adjustment screw on the base with the arm attached, 90 degrees. This may have been an issue with our set and not the norm but if it should occur it can be rectified. Would definitely recommend this beautiful set!

We just finished updating our downstairs powder room so we needed to change the old toilet paper/towel holder. This set is very stylish and it looks great with the new fixtures. It took a bit to figure out the clasp to hold the toilet paper, but now it is super easy. It was a little difficult to install the toilet paper holder on the wall because it is a slightly irregular size, so we couldn’t use the existing holes, but it worked out fine.

Got this to replace one of those old-fashioned spring-loaded rod toilet paper holders, and a towel ring that was simply out of place in my bathroom, color-wise. The latter performs exactly as you'd expect, but TP holder is the more exciting part. The flip-up arm is a game-changer, no more awkwardly fiddling with a weird little springy rod that wants to shoot away or slip out of its hole when you're trying to load a new roll. You just flip it up, slide the old one off, pop the new one on, and flip it down again. You can do it one-handed in seconds. It doesn't sound like much, but it's honestly one of those little improvements you're happy about every single time you have to make use of it. Making sure it's installed correctly is important, you need an exact distance for the mechanism to fit well, but if you're a reasonably handy person you'll have it figured out in no time.

Overall, these are well made, stylish fixtures that should last a long time. I 'tested' the right bracket of the toilet paper holder multiple times by dropping it on the granite floor - and it never got a scratch. It holds a full roll of the 'brand with the bear', and while it does touch the wall it spins just fine and fits perfectly between the wall mounts. It does seem like it would have been a good feature to have some sort of an adjustment for the length of the bar on the toilet paper holder, or maybe slots in the right mount so you could adjust the spacing more easily. The provided mounting template is good, but the distance is exact and the contact point of the swing arm doesn't have much extra space. I did get mine adjusted to hit perfectly, but it started with a fair bit of binding in the connection. The towel ring was simple to install and is rock solid because I hit a stud and was able to tighten the fixture to the mount solidly. It's hard to tell how sturdy the ring connection will be over time, but I'm not worried because it's for hand towels.

I was very impressed with the quality of these bathroom mounts. It came with all the needed hardware and even came with paper templates to assist with installing the mounting holes. They have been installed for about a month now and have had no issues with them.

This set is nice, and the finish is beautiful. The installation is easy and straight forward, it secured tightly. However the towel holder has these plastic things that stick out at the top and kind of ruin the sleek aesthetic.

This set is nice! I think you could probably shop around for a better bargain, but these are decent and seem like they will last. We got the matte black and the finish looks good and hasn’t shown any signs of wear yet. Both the towel holder and toilet paper holder were also easy enough to install. No complaints about this set.

Need customer service contact please. One of the wall mount brackets is not working properly and the toilet paper holder can’t grip properly onto the wall. So it keeps falling off. The other side is fine and so is the towel holder. The notch for the screw where the Allen wrench to grip isn’t deep enough
