So cute. I use it. Not a child. With Loungefly backpack purses being so all the rage and expensive, I went this route. I get so many compliments on it too! One main compartment. There’s another zipped area. So two separate zipped compartments. Don’t be too rough on it though!

Honestly I wanted to return the item because the lunchbox part was not detachable, which is what I initially wanted. Ny daughter saw it and fell in love. Few months later she still goes almost everywhere with this backpack, which is lightweight and has multiple compartments and way to secure it very nicely. One thing to beware - it will not fit a file-sixe document pad in it. I would still highly recommend.

This is a really cute and roomy backpack. My 7 year old granddaughter used it in a recent trip to Paris. She is a little petite for her age, but regardless, it held a few books, snacks, and her neck pillow and mask. The side pockets were great for water bottles. Super cute backpack at a great price!
