**TL;DR: An adorable toddler set that's incredibly soft, washes well, and fits true to size. Exactly the kind of outfit I reach for again and again.** This is such a cute little set. The design is simple but adorable, and the colors are even nicer in person than I expected. The fabric is the standout feature for me. It's made of incredibly soft, lightweight, stretchy and breathable material, making it a great option for active toddlers and warmer weather. My son seems very comfortable wearing it, which is always my biggest priority. I was also impressed with how well it held up in the wash. We all know toddler clothes get put through the wringer, and this set came out looking great. I was able to remove stains without much trouble, and I haven't noticed any pilling or deterioration in the fabric. For sizing reference, I ordered the 2–3T for my 28-month-old, and it fits him very well with a little room to grow. I chose the White/Gray Green color combination, and it's absolutely adorable. The colors feel soft, classic, and easy to mix and match with other pieces in his wardrobe. Overall, this is a comfortable, practical, and cute set that has quickly become a favorite. I'd happily purchase more in other colors or patterns.

I have a close friend with two boys and I always keep my eye out on Amazon Vine for things they could use. I scooped this up because it looked adorable. The delivery arrived quickly (but not in Amazon typical 2 days) and there was no damage to the package. Upon examination, the shirt and shorts are well made, with no issues with stitching, no tears and no stains. It has a light weight cotton feel, but is more of a synthetic blend. I love the style, it is casual and comfy but still looks like you put together an outfit. The shorts have a lot of stretch in them and can likely be worn as they grow for a bit. The T-shirt looks like it may get tight quicker, as the arm holes seem pretty tiny to me. If this didn’t come as a set, I’d think the shirt and the shorts are different sizes—you can see this in my review photo. The green color is more unique than the typical forest green, and looks very nice. Overall, this is a very affordable and easy option for quick dress and go this summer. Just note that it arrives in a vacuum sealed log of sorts in a tiny box—it will be very wrinkled upon arrival.

But here’s the rub: the shirt in the set is surprisingly short-waisted. It’s a bit of a letdown because while the shorts stay put, the shirt creeps up every time my grandson lifts his arms—which is about every five seconds. If the top was just an inch or two longer, this would totally be a four-star set for me. So, if you’ve got a toddler who’s a jumper or a climber, you might want to size up or look elsewhere for a better-fitting shirt.

I got the 2T and it fits very well and seems well made. The material feels soft but still durable enough for a toddler who is constantly on the move. This 2-piece toddler boys shorts set is the same colors as shown, so you do not have to worry about it being off from the colors shown in the pics. The set is cute, but there is an issue, which is why I took off one star. The shirt is really short, in my opinion, which means that I think that the proportions are not right. The shirt barely comes to his waist, and he is kind of short for a 5-year-old. I ordered the size 5-6, in the white/khaki option. The shorts look too long, which they are really not, but look that way because of the shirt being too short. The fabric is a polyester, rayon, spandex blend, so the outfit is very soft to the touch. It is versatile, so let him wear it around the house, outside playing, on a family trip to the park, to school, or anywhere that there is a casual dress event or occasion. He can even use this as a shorts pj set for summer. It is an ok value for the money, considering that the shirt should be a couple of inches longer in my opinion.
