Great Variety for Earring Making This earring hook kit is a great addition to my jewelry-making supplies. These are a great value for what you get. If your looking for high end earwire hooks these are not for you, but I wouldn't expect them to be for the price. I ordered them because they were the only 'bulk' that had both antique copper & antique brass which I need for some of my earrings. When making high end pieces I use high end earwires but if I am making pieces that are less than $50 a pair these work fine. I have ordered them 3 times. Each time there have been at least 30 of each color. Yes there were some mishaps (no spring, or bead, or mangled pieces) but even taking those out there were always at least 30 of each that were in good working order. I did not count the jump rings or backs because I make my own jump rings when needed & have so many backs I will never use them all (plus they are super cheap). If you think your missing a pack of jump rings look under all the packs, each time I have had all the jump rings for each color but one is 'hidden' under another pack of something or the earring backs.
