I used this for my canon. It seems fine. I need to test it out on the playback on the computer. But i think it's a good cable. It is a little thick or snug fit but if I use a little more pressure it snaps in fine. Not a bad thing bc there's no worries about the cable slipping out.

This little cable is quite noisy. Sound sample taken with an AT875 at a set distance of my keyboard typing. Left image is the XLR to 3.5mm cable and on the right is just a normal XLR cable.
