Picked this up as a backup XLR cable, and it does the job. The connectors feel solid and click in securely—no loose connections or weird static. Sound quality is clean, no noticeable interference. My only complaint is the cable itself is pretty stiff. It doesn’t lay flat easily and has a bit of memory from being coiled up. Not a dealbreaker, but if you need something super flexible for frequent movement, you might want to look elsewhere. For the price, though, it’s a solid option. I initially thought this might not be the best quality, considering I never have a terribly good experience with generic brands like Amazon Basics, but XLR cables tend to be pretty uniform across the board, and this was about what I'd expect from a good quality XLR cable. The shielding is enough, but not so much it's bulky, the sound quality is the same as any other XLR cable I've used, the connectors fit perfectly, and the cable is pretty easy to wrap/loop around without it feeling like you're forcing the cable to bend past its limits. All in all, if you need an XLR cable, this'll probably be a pretty affordable option for the quality. ... show more
