  • sleeper hit
I truly think this game is a sleeper hit. a lot of people did not have it on their radar but should have. it brings all the original fun of borderlands with Tina's weird humor. I heard some people have had save issues but sounds like it is mostly a PC issue and i have not seen any issues with that. There is a seperate top down section for exploring the map which is unique and if you enjoy games with a "horde mode" type of style this game has a little of that as well. all and all i think this game is completely worth the buy. dont forget to watch out for those SWIFT codes on twitter for some gold keys! ... show more

  • The borderlands you know, but with fantasy!
If you like borderlands, you should feel right at home here. It's the classic formula with a fantasy-ish setting. This is a borderlands spin off game where you basically are playing a game of dungeons and dragons, with Tiny Tina creating "worlds" from her game of tabletop d&d and you explore them in typical borderlands fashion, with the guns and loot. It plays exactly like borderlands but with alot more color. It's still cel shaded so it looks timeless as always. Game overall won't be as meaty as a true borderlands game but it still looks like alot of fun is packed in here. Overall i'm enjoying my time with this. ... show more

This game is absolutely amazing i love how the “IRL” in game characters(wierd to say i know) add the hilarious commentary. Tiny tina’s has amazing gamplay mechanics and a great storyline. I would definitely recommend for anyone who likes fps games

  • Blatant bypass of Microsoft's Smart Delivery
I've been looking forward to this game for a long while now. So you can imagine my surprise and distaste when it finally launched and greedy 2k decided to bypass Microsoft's lauded Smart Delivery feature and charge $10 more for the (cheapest) version of the game you can play on the Series X. I try to avoid hyperbole in my reviews, but every other game I've bought for the Series X (12 in total) has been smart delivery. There's just no excuse at this point. ... show more

  • Great
Probably my new favorite game in the Borderlands universe. A lot of fun. A refreshing, tonally lighter "Borderlands" type game.

  • Very fun Borderlands Fame
My wife and I have been playing for weeks. The graphics are good actually starting to look next gen even for a game that still has cross platform. Some connectivity issues with two series x’s but just rejoin. Overall plays well. I really enjoyed the spells and changes to guns. You can play this game almost without using them. I also don’t think the change to teen really affected it too much the humor felt less forced. ... show more

  • Not a borderlands game
Built on the borderlands platform? Non really. Feels like a a lack luster run of the mill fantasy rpg game. The classes are shallow and all classes wear the same armor. The text is too small and while playing on a 65" TV I still can't read the skill tree without leaning forward and squinting. Seems like it was made for PC, where you can be 2 feet from the screen at all times. And don't think I didn't notice that the xbox series x version of the game cost 69.94. The xbox one version cost $59.99. I should have bought the xbox one version. Nope, actually I shouldn't have bought it at all. ... show more
