I’d hoped to buy a soft case like I had for my old iPad, but the reviews were mixed on the few available. With this one, everything lines up perfectly and the installation was easy. I saw that several reviewers had trouble using this case with a screen protector. I had no problem at all using it with the Omotion glass protectors I also bought. Glass protector first, then case. I can’t speak to how protective this case will be. I’d guess a more rugged case would be better for rugged use. For me, this is great!

It is basically a bumper case with a thin plastic back. It is much thinner and lighter than a typical case with a magnetic cover. It is great to hold for reading or watching video. It also does not make the iPad looks cheap. Used it mostly at home and have a spare thicker case for traveling.

Not only does this fit perfectly around the iPad but it also provides it with a much sturdier edge instead of the curved housing of the iPad which is exactly why I got this case. Gone are my days of wrestling it on the car steering wheel when Im trying to watch shows on my lunch or break. If I had another iPad I would buy another of this case.

this protector is thin but seems to give good protection. had on that was more rubberized, heaver and the rubber bumbers seem to stretch. found this one on amazon, much lighter and better feel while holding the i-pad. will purchase again.

Great slim case for my iPad. Protects it all around. The case barely feels like it’s even on there but I can see it protects everything. Installation was easy and fits like a glove.

I prefer slim cases without a front cover as I put my ipad in a Ram Mount for GPS use. This covers the edges and has a clear layer on the back of the ipad. It does appear to be a slight amount of pressure on the ipad structure as my screen cover won't quite adhere at a corner or two, which is resolved if the case is removed. However I expect most cases put some slight pressure on the ipad structure.
