I really like these curtains. The color is beautiful and matches my hardwood trim perfectly. They have a soft velvet texture that feels really nice and give the room a rich look. They’re heavy and well-made, and I do think they’re worth the price. As for blocking light, they do a pretty good job in my room, but I wouldn’t say they’re full blackout. Some light still comes through, especially around the edges. The thickness is decent, though I expected them to be a little heavier. The color turned out to be a nice mix of brown and gold, which I love, but I can see how it might look different depending on lighting. They cover the wall and the room feels great, softer light and quieter feel. They are a backdrop for videoconferencing and depositions, the dark grey color is perfect. They come packed so there will be wrinkles. I steamed these for about an hour and they could use some more. They look and feel great though. ... show more

Not all velvet is created equal, I’m really happy with the quality of this fabric though! It is a bit sheer but I like my room to look like a cave. We live in the northern hemisphere so depending on the time of year there is a lot of light coming into a bedroom. While I like my giant windows I also like to sleep in dark. Reading the reviews I knew these let a lot of light through. So I just layered another blackout curtain behind these and it’s perfect! The lush look I love on the front and the blocking of light behind! All in all very happy! I will say they do hold on to wrinkles from the packaging. They have been up for about 3 weeks and the wrinkles haven’t relaxed out of them. So I’m probably going to have to steam them at some point. But really to get such great quality at such a nice price, worth it. ... show more

I just received the curtains. They are so lovely! They look exactly like the picture. They feel wonderful to the touch. I haven't hung them up yet. If there is any issue I will update this review. But in regards to color and texture, these curtains are exactly what they advertise. That is rare.

These drapes where exactly what I wanted. I first ordered one set of two panels which fit my window with a small amount over each side. I wanted to make sure that these were what I wanted and I wanted more of a gathered look so I ordered a second set. They definitely match each other in color and lengths so the craftsmanship was on point. I chose these because they had the back tabs as an option, in addition to the rod pocket. I hung mine up with the back tabs right out of the bag. They're heavy and block light. Added the texture I wanted and fit perfectly in my moody green living room. ... show more

Quality is great… I had purchased the same curtains three years ago and had moved and wanted the exact same curtains because I really liked them. The original purchase was for 108” long, But when I ordered 108” again to match the others, I had purchased, the ones I received where about a foot shorter😳. I had already had them hung up and decided that it’s not worth trying to send them back. They’re very nice looking curtains. Just make sure you measure them BEFORE you hang them. And yes, I did go back and double check to make sure that I didn’t make a mistake in ordering and I did not. ... show more

I have purchased 5 sets of these curtains now. I have them hanging in multiple rooms in my house. 3/5 windows are in direct sunlight. 2 of those windows are in our living room and shine directly onto the TV. These curtains have blocked all the sunlight to be able to watch a movie in the evening before the sun goes down without sun glaring through. They haven't faded at all since the day I hung them up. They are soft, thick and the green is the perfect shade of dark green to make a room feel moody but not too dark.
