I bought this as a vase for a bathroom in our house, planning to add Eucalyptus leaves as an aromatic for the room. The 17" plant stems fit perfect in it. The vase glass is thick and sturdy and the design is classy. I like that it comes in different colors as we may be ordering another. It's that nice for the price. I LOVE IT! I was worried if washing it would make the color fade, but it seems to be holding up well. It’s heavy, so I don’t have to worry about my cat knocking it over. It is worth the cost and weight to arrive. My roomate gets flowers every week from her boyfriend, so she always uses my vase because the color pairs well with all of the roses she gets… and yes.. I was a little disappointed that the vase is not as deep green as imaged. It is lighter and more transparent in color. It is, however, very thick glass, which I love. It’s very sturdy and has nice ridging.
