The guy at Journeys told me that all Timberlands run a 1/2 size big and to order a 1/2 smaller. I am a 9.5 in the majority of sneakers so I took his advice and ordered a 9. They were too small and I had to send them back. I just received my 9.5 in the mail and they fit perfect. In my opinion these boots run true to size. You especially need the extra room for when your feet swell from being on them all day. Other than the sizing issue I am happy with the boots and will be purchasing the wheat color shortly. The tongue on these boots do run a little short so some people may not like the way that feels on your ankle. ... show more

I love these boots. This is my second pair. I had my first pair for 20 years before the soles finally fell apart. The boots themselves are a little stiff when new but that is just because the leather needs to be worn in. I wear them in the rain, to shovel snow, to hike, and when I am at a farm or I know the ground is muddy. My feet always stay warm and dry. I hope this pair lasts me another 20 years. ... show more
