The boots are great and the sole is comfortable but I had a hard time with sizing. I first bought 8.5 and it was tight on the toe area. I sized up to 9 and although it was fine on the toes, the heels were to loose, even with socks, and as I walked it would slip from my toe. Also, I was very disappointed with Amazon for sending me a used boot when I paid full price for a new one. The boot came with scuffs all over. I decided to return and it’s such a pitty that Timberland won’t offer this boots in wide sizes. That’s be perfect. ... show more

I’ve been looking for sturdy, comfortable white/beige boots for ages. I’ve tried several pairs but they either didn’t have the look I wanted or didn’t fit. I need a wide boot to accommodate my high instep, and was so happy these came in a wide width. I have REALLY wide feet and I was excited to read that the boots did well with wide feet. When I got them and put them on, they were really tight.
