I work in a large-equipment rental center so I'm on my feet all day, with a lot of walking and climbing heavy machinery, in all sorts of weather. After one day of torrential rains it took my sneakers 48 hours to dry out, so I decided I needed a pair of waterproof shoes. I wanted all black, with leather uppers, and ankle support, and these were the only boot I could find that had all three. They did chafe my heels the first time wearing them but I slapped some adhesive bandages on there for a week and now they're great. They are comfy standing up in them and I feel secure climbing on the equipment. I did replace the laces with some longer, flat laces because they are easier for me to pull tight. I haven't worn them in a downpour yet so I don't know how they will hold up to deep puddles but the shallow puddles have been no problem. ... show more

I got these for work because I am out side often for work. They are great! They are so comfortable and help keep my socks dry when its raining and snowing. My feet dont hurt after wearing them all day and my feet stay dry. They broke in quickly also. Highly recommend, they are true to size.

These boots are of good quality and seem durable. I maybe wouldn't work in them, or if I did, it wouldn't be for very long. I think the insole could have been thicker and more comfortable. I have a pair of womens Timberland Pro 6' , wheat color and they are very comfortable. The whole inside feels like a pillow lol and I was expecting that level comfort with these Lindon Woods style...but not so much. I mean, they're not uncomfortable, just not the Pro. I wish they had grey and black in the womens Pro style. Hmm seems like guys usually have more cool color options lol...just sayin, just sayin 🤷♀️, its cool though. I think Timberlands overall are nice and worth the money. ... show more

I’ve had these boots for two years and they are still absolutely the best and most comfortable things I’ve ever owned! They are beginning to make a squeaky sound when walking but I think that’s because of the insoles being loose & dirty as I work on a farm.
