I love these socks. I have pet peeve when socks get loose and slide. I’ve had several sets of Tumberland and the have a band around tge moddle of the foot that keeps them in place and super comfortable. And they last years.

I was excited to get these - my son has Timberland socks and he loves them. Unfortunately, I'm not crazy about these. To start, they are a tad too big - there is about 1/2" of extra heel. I was really surprised because I'm a size 9, and these are supposed to fit 7-12. They are also tall - I'm 5'9" and they go up to my knees! It doesn't bother me, but if you are petite, these things will be way too large. Then there's the stitching... there are pointed corners on either side of the toes (see pics). This may not be a big deal for every day wear, but for hiking or heavy walking, these are blisters just waiting to happen. These will be fine for wearing around the house (they are nice and cushy), but since I had planned to use these for outdoor activities, I'm disappointed. ... show more

While they are somewhat soft, they are so tight, they left marks on my legs. I've never had an issue like this witt Timberland socks, and of course, I wore a pair, so I can't return them.
