Bought for my husband who has had an ankle replacement so he needs quality shoes. These are for dress or occasions he didn’t want to wear tennis shoes. Super lightweight- very happy with that- most boots like this are heavy. They looked great with jeans and a dress shirt. The tops are a little padded so that’s a plus. The leather scratches easy but that’s the nature of leather. He said they were cushioned perfectly. He wears an 11.5 and that’s what I got him. Fit was perfect. Got these for a steal! My husband has very flat feet and they get tired quick. He found these shoes very comfortable on his long walks. The soles are stable but has a little cushion. The only issue is they scratch easy and I don’t know how to repair that. So they just will look worn out.

I really wanted to like these because of the look. It is low quality leather that creases really easy. The leather needs to be conditioned continually in order to keep the creases out. I do not recommend this item.
