This is a great shoe. There’s no break in period needed as they’re comfortable right out of the box. I got these for a biking trip in Europe where I biked 30-50 miles a day wearing these. And also walked 4-6 miles on off days. I have sensitive feet and these sneakers were pain-free. It’s only been a couple of weeks since I got them but I have other Timberland shoes and boots that are decades old so I’m expecting these to be lasting me a while. ... show more

I have always been a Timberland shoe fan. As I have aged, my feet have become wider. Timberland has wide widths, but stop before size 1. I liked the shoes, good looking, sturdy, and would wxpect Timberland quality. But if a 12 wide is not offered, then they are useless to me. Dennis
