These shoes look great, they can pass for business casual, but don't look out of place out doors either. The bottom soles are great everywhere, indoor or out, wet or dry. I bought a size down based on other reviews, and the length is perfect, so is the width EXCEPT for one particular spot: the inside of the arch is so narrow, that I am actually standing on the side wall of the shoe instead of the bottom. It feels more like a defect than an intended feature, only it's equal on both sides. Other than that, a few more lace holes down towards the toes (at least for larger sizes) would help get a more customized snugness, and make the foot not look so long. If not for the arch problem, this would be a perfect shoe, but standing on the transition between sole and side like that is not comfortable, nor will it aid in the longevity of the shoe. ... show more

These shoes look great and pair well with jeans, with the added bonus of weather resistance. They run a little big, half size or so. I typically wear 8 and sized down to 7.5 which fits perfectly. They are relatively narrow but the toe-box opens up and is wider. Arch support and overall comfort are moderate. I wouldn't wear these if you're going to be on your feet all day, but they are definitely not uncomfortable. The biggest negative of these shoes is that they are difficult to get on. The shape of the shoe upper means that you need to loosen the laces quite a bit to get your foot in. Also, the sidewall is a weaker fabric so it makes it difficult to get your foot in without mashing the side of the shoe. It would have been much better if the small leather tab at the back of the shoe was a loop to help pull the shoe on. ... show more

Have bought several pairs of these. They're comfy and I get a lot of compliments on them. The insoles blow out a little easily, but adding in some dr scholles or something makes em feel amazing. Not great ventilation though, so they get pretty warm in sunny weather. Awesome, quality shoe overall though. Please don't buy though, would rather you not steal my great look.
