A "Must-Have" for Vehicle Upfits and Complex Wiring Hubs
Color: Blue/Black
If you have ever spent an afternoon stripping dozens of wires for a central power block or a relay board, you know how quickly hand fatigue sets in with traditional manual strippers. I added these Klein Tools 11061 self-adjusting strippers to my kit specifically for a professional vehicle upfit, and they have completely changed my workflow. Effortless Speed and Precision The self-adjusting mechanism is a massive time-saver. When you're moving between 12 AWG power leads for a siren and 22 AWG signal wires for a lightbar controller, not having to hunt for the right "notch" in the tool is huge. You just insert the wire, squeeze, and it pulls a clean strip every single time without nicking the copper strands. It’s consistent, repeatable, and significantly faster than manual alternatives. Built for Professional Environments These are true "Klein" quality—heavy-duty and built to last. I’ve used them in cramped footwells and inside server racks where you don't have much room to maneuver, and the tension thumb wheel allows you to fine-tune the stripping force for different insulation types. The Cutter: The built-in wire cutter is surprisingly sharp and handles 10-22 AWG with ease, allowing you to trim and strip with one tool in your hand. The Adjustable Stopper: If you need a consistent strip length for terminal blocks or crimp connectors, the adjustable depth stopper is a great feature that ensures a professional, uniform finish across the entire project. Ergonomics and Grip The handles are well-padded and provide plenty of leverage. Even after stripping wires for a full 12-circuit fuse block, I didn’t experience the usual palm soreness. The tool feels balanced and "industrial" rather than flimsy, which is exactly what I need for gear that is going to be tossed in a duty bag or a workshop drawer. Final Thoughts For basic household repairs, these might be overkill, but for anyone doing professional automotive electrical work, security equipment installations, or complex hobbyist electronics, they are an essential investment. They provide a level of speed and professional consistency that manual strippers simply can’t match.

Amazing. A real game changer for most wire stripping needs
Color: Blue/Black
Man am I glad I got this guy. I've been using the standard wire strippers with the specifically sized, sharpened holes (you know the type) for years and years and have always just thought they were a big pain. Even ones from good brands had a nasty habit of cutting into fine stranded wires so I would have to either use a bigger slot or the correct size slot, but not closed all the way to score around the insulation and then tear it the rest of the way off. What a pain. This one is 100 times easier. As long as you stay within its capacity it has absolutely no problem stripping fine stranded or solid core wire. And there's not really any adjustments or care needed with regard to gauge, as long as you are under a certain size. There is a tension knob that I think is supposed to fine tune it to certain gauges, but I never bother. It's not intuitive at all as to what it even does. Anything below 10 awg strips easily (except for some multi-conductor wires) and 10 is alright too sometimes, though the thicker the wire the harder it is to get a specific amount of insulation off. There's also the little depth stop thing that really helps keep the amount of insulation removed over a number of wires the same, which is super nice. It itself is kind of a pain to adjust though. The locking screw for it seems really inconsistent as to how much you need to loosen before it'll move. Overall though, for pretty much any wire smaller than 10awg (and occasionally 10awg) and single conductor (and sometimes multiple), this is a completely brilliant stripper and you totally need one.

Fast, accurate, and a massive time saver!
Color: Blue/Black
This self-adjusting wire stripper is a solid performance tool that makes electrical work much smoother. It strips wires quickly and precisely, consistently grabbing the insulation and pulling it away cleanly without damaging the inner copper strands. The mechanism is highly efficient. Compared to standard manual stripping methods, this tool saves a massive amount of time and effort, especially when working on projects with repetitive cuts and strips. ✅ Pros: Speed & Precision: Strips outer insulation quickly and accurately on the first squeeze. Time-Saving: Drastically reduces installation time compared to doing it manually with basic cutters. Ergonomics: The grip feels solid and reduces hand fatigue during extended use. ❌ Cons: The gripping head is a bit bulky, which can make it slightly tight to maneuver deep inside smaller, crowded electrical junction boxes. 📝 Summary: It is a well-made, reliable tool that performs exactly as it should. If you want to speed up your wiring tasks and ensure clean, accurate cuts every time, this is an excellent choice.

Best wire stripper I've ever used.
Color: Blue/Black
Fast, easy, convenient wire stripper. Best is class I suspect. For multiple decades I've used much lesser tools to wire strip include pocket knifes and the combo tool wire cutter with stripper. This tool excels in it's single purpose. Handles many gauges of wire flawlessly. Glad I bought it. Expensive and worth it.
