It does the job but you have to elevate it for it to drain. It’s small and can go in small spaces. The spinner was good. You cannot overload it or it won’t work for washing and spinning. It’s a lot of work for me. It arrived on time which was a good thing. Hope this helps.

This machine did a great job getting the laundry clean, but using the spinner caused it to emit a very strong electrical/burning odor and I returned it and bought a Costway model. The machine is actually quite good, very portable, and even sorta cute--so long as it doesn't burn your home down. I really wanted to love this machine, but the replacement Costway I purchased has no odor and about triple the capacity for about 50 bucks more, and appears to be much better quality. Money well spent. NOTE: The spinner was NOT overloaded and I gave it quite a few chances to behave to no avail. Not worth the risk! Again, if you order one of these, it holds much more than you think it would, and cleans extremely well. I'm pretty sure mine was just defective. ... show more

This washer was great for my boyfriend and I for a couple of months until it started leaking from the bottom. It started out with a couple of drops but now when we drain the washer more water comes out of the bottom than through the tube. Honestly, if I had to do it again, I would get a better one. I like these small machines, but this one arrived damaged with seams separating an loose screws in the bottom. It worked. But the seams would separate more with time.
