Titanium is NOT scratch resistant. No, really, it's not. It never will be. The seller doesn't advertise it as being scratch resistant--the words "scratch" and "resistant" do not show-up in their listing at all! Titanium is a tough metal, but strength is not scratch-resistance. My TUNGSTEN ring looks as good as new, and it was purchased a decade ago--that is a property of TUNGSTEN, not titanium. This super-shiny titanium ring probably will not stay super-shiny if you're rough with it. I've no reason to doubt that the ring is anything but titanium. If you want a ring that will never change, never scratch, and never develop any new character, go buy a tungsten ring--they're really cool, too! With that out of the way, my first impressions are good. This ring is exactly as advertised and precisely what I ordered. I am pleased with it. It's that lovely blue-gray color that one thinks of when thinking of titanium (except super shiny!) It's comfy, well-polished, true to size, and true to the width I ordered (10.08mm according to my calipers), all packed in a simple, effective box that I won't feel guilty about chucking into the recycling. I used a Tigrade titanium wedding band for 15 years in the construction, manufacturing and farming industries that was still solid but scratched up bad so I bought the TIGRADE Titanium Ring Plain Dome High Polished Wedding Band as a replacement. I like the new ring, it looks much better than my old ring, fits well and seems to be durable. This is a cheap, extremely lightweight ring. The comfort is unmatched and it's barely noticeable on your finger. For the price I don't think it can be beat, especially not by any local jeweler options. I've purchased a few sizes for when my fingers well / change sizes day to day. Skip the $200+ basic titanium comfort fit from your local jeweler and grab this, they both get scratched the same. I've had zero adverse reactions to the metal and I typically have allergies to the metals on belts. They can be easily polished with a Dremel or other small polishing kit. ... show more

Next to silver it looks much darker & has a mirror finish. It’s true to size tho & I got a 5.5 which is difficult to find. I got it as a cheapie to see if I like wearing a ring on this finger. The media could not be loaded. This ring is super cheap. It is probably an alright value for what you pay/get. HOWEVER - I feel like the product page and name are potentially dishonest. I can't find on the page where the grade or makeup of the titanium is listed. If it is on there, it's not easy to locate. This ring does not act like titanium when trying to anodize. It acted like there may be some sort of plate on the outer layer and underneath some type of alloy that contains titanium but isn't the same quality as other titanium products I've anodized prior. After dipping in Whink to remove any outer oxidization - the ring turned a slate color, indicating to me that the polish is potentially more of a coating and not merely polished metal. It is, however, very cheap, so I can't say I feel cheated or anything like that. Future buyers note - it will not react like normal titanium. What it did do is turn a dark muted color, requiring higher voltages to even get that affect. ... show more
