These boots are very well made from good material (rubber bottoms and neoprene shaft) and the footbed is quite comfortable. I expect they would last a long time but I can't wear them as there is an issue with the design. The curve of the boot, where you slide your foot in, is SOOO tight it's extremely difficult to get your feet into and out of the boots, and I do not have thick feet. The left boot is tighter than the right in that area as well, which makes it a bit uncomfortable to wear for long once you DO get your feet in. I even bought a size up so I would be able to get thick socks in them for winter, but I can't even wear very thin socks with them and get my foot in. It was so difficult getting them off that the joint on top of my left foot ached for days after I removed them. There was plenty of room in the foot length wise, but they need to deal with the curve issue. How can you wear a boot that is so hard to get on or remove? I was going to return them for that reason but I had already recycled the boot box. If the design issue is resolved, these would be a top-notch boot!
