Love this watch so far. It’s cute and fits my 11 year old well. I love how easy it was to set up and the monthly plan is only $25 per month for unlimited talk and text with data. I got this for my daughter as she’s in middle school this year and will have to take the bus some days, it’s a great way to track her location and keep in touch with her. I was able to add all contacts for her so the parent can control who she’s able to speak to on the watch. It has a lot of cool functions as well. Overall a good purchase and I highly recommend to parent who don’t want their kids to have a phone yet but want to be able to track and stay in contact with their kids!

I think this is a great product! It’s good quality Audio. I believe it’s a fair price for watch and monthly subscription. We live in a small town where reception can be tricky however it works really well. Activating and setting up watch is really easy and simple! When it comes to the gps if it’s reading and incorrectly you can fix accuracy on TickTalk app. it’s a good neutral color. once hooked up to Wi-Fi, it’s really easy to sync content onto the watch. The only thing I’m having trouble with at the moment is the band size and being able to find a bigger replacement.

So far, it’s a very good watch. The calls are very nice. The video calls are a bit laggy but I think it’s because of the camera itself. The GPS tracking is somewhat inaccurate, but all I need to know is if he’s at school. I can also listen to his surroundings via the remote answer which is a piece of mind making sure he’s actually doing well. Connectivity is good, value for money is there. The watch is waterproof and extra durable. The color we got is white and my son loves it!

We’ve been using the TickTalk 5 for over a year now and absolutely love it. It’s super convenient, and my child enjoys wearing it every day. One of my favorite features is the parental controls—it gives us total peace of mind. My child can’t contact or be contacted by anyone we haven’t approved, so there are no spam calls or unwanted messages. The watch did break once during the year, but the customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly and replaced it with a brand-new one without any hassle. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this watch to other parents!

Works great. The connectivity is clear, although you have to talk kind of loud. It's easy to use and the gps tracking is nice. The band is kind of small. It doesn't fit in my 9 year old's wrist, but he is 5'5" so ymmv.

It's been almost a month with the watch and we really like it! Highlights are easy functionality, pretty accurate tracking, clear talk/sound, and easy set up. She just turned 10 and we wanted to get her something that could help with communicating with us and really liked the tracking feature as she's now leaving the house more often and staying with friends more. The two things I wish were better was being able to set up approved texting numbers - people who want to text her have to download the app to do so, would be nice if the people we have entered in her phone book were allow to text, not just call. She has some friends that have watches (different than hers) that can text her, but they come thru in the parent portal as blocked texts. Her friends can not download an app to their watches to be able to text her. Also, the primary parent defaults to parent who sets up the watch, you can not have two primary parents and the primary parent is the only one that can add friends to the app; not great when my husband isn't around to do this - minor, but frustrating at times. Other features that are great: setting up reminders for her, blocking times she shouldn't be using her watch (do not disturb feature) such as when she's at school or at a sport activity and doing video chats (allowed only for app users). Overall, we are very happy with the watch and support team, the parent portal is very easy to use and has a lot of good features as well. Highly recommend! 4.5 stars out of 5!
