Thursday was built out of our own frustration. Clunky work boots or delicate fashion boots? Cheap shoes that fall apart after a few wears, or shoes that were incredibly overpriced? It didn't seem right that we had to make these trade-offs. There had to be another option. We started Thursday to offer an alternative: ridiculously high-quality footwear at honest prices that could handle our busy lives in New York City. Very Nice boots, time will tell how long they last but these were immediately comfortable. Great looking boot. Would love to see how well the last and internal lining holds up. But overall nice boot.

I wear a 7 in Wolverine 1000 Mile boots, a 7 in all Chippewa boots, a 7 in Redwing and Frye so I ordered a pair of Diplomats in size 7 and they were too big. Actually, the right boot fit fine, the left was too big, noticeably so. My left foot is slightly smaller than my right foot, but not enough to account for the different fit in this boot. (I don't have the problem with other boots or shoes). So I returned them for a size 6.5. The left boot fit fine this time, but the right boot had annoying heel slippage that I knew from experience would only get worse as the boots wore in so I returned them as well. I might note here for what it's worth that a week earlier I'd purchased a pair of Stormkings in size 6.5 directly from Thursday. The fit across the instep was painfully tight, but the overall length and width were correct so I knew sizing up wasn't a good option. Instead, I soaked the leather across the instep, inserted boot stretchers which I had on hand, and added a shim on top of the stretchers for instep stretch. It took 48 hours but did the trick and now I'm happy with the boots. But that's a lot of trouble to have to go through just to get a pair of boots to fit, and not really an option if you don't have boot stretchers in your closet. My take on all this? Thursday boots are a gamble. I'd buy them from Amazon if you have Prime so you have the easy return option. ... show more

These are nice boots. I got them tried them on, but I had to send them back because I have a wide foot and they don’t sell wide boots in this brand but they’re cool boots

No breaking time and suffering, out of the box soft and comfortable. My leather shoes usually go with size 11 ,ordered the same and came up perfect. Only challenge was picking between Arizona adobe and Burnet copper ,both looks great and stylish. I end up with copper for now.

I'm usually not much of a Thursday Boot Co. fan; I'm a Red Wing guy all the way. However, after seeing some great reviews of this moc toe on Stridewise's and Rose Anvil's YouTube channels, and looking at the price point, I snagged these in burnt copper. Let me tell you: hands down now my favorite boot. Took maybe a day and a half to break in. In the first three days after I got them, I put on 19 miles on these babies. Comfortable as hell now. I am going to be wearing these in the summer, too, with shorts. Very nice, slim profile toe box. Order a half size down from your sneaker size. I am a 12 in running shoes, got the 11.5 and it's perfect. I highly recommend this boot. This, like all TBC boots, while it says it's a regular width (D), it's actually in between a D and an E. Perfect for my foot. I had the Captains and loved them. Wore them for a year, but ended up selling them and got a pair of Red Wing Weekender Chukkas. This moc toe is handsome and extremely comfortable. The sole and in-sole are amazing; almost like Nike Airs. In comparison to my Red Wing Iron Rangers, which are a nice stiff ride, these moc toes are like walking on air. Highly recommended! Great leather smell out of the box too. Just a solid, spot-on boot. Get this instead of the Red Wing mocs; the price and craftsmanship are worth it. And w/a slimmer profile toe box, they can be dressed up. ... show more

    • Good looking boot but not comfortable

I read all the reviews and bought the right size so I thought. I read, it took a couple of weeks to break in. Since I received them they have hurt my big toes. I thought that would go away ones I broke them in. Well i have worn them for about two months now and they never felt good or stretched out enough to feel comfortable. The length was good just the width was not. The leather is nice but very tough and thick and not very flexible. Looks like good quality but I would never buy again. ... show more
