I love these boots although it’s been too hot to wear them outside I’ve been wearing them in the house. I usually have a very difficult time finding shoes that fit so hesitated buying them on line. My daughter loves hers and highly recommended them and there’s a great return policy so I gave it a try. I did return the first size 10, surprisingly too small, reordered an 11 (shocking!) and they fit perfectly with a insole and lightweight weight socks. They are a beautiful gray suede, no heel (a must), a nice cushioned foot bed, easy to get off and on. I think they are very fairly priced. Love them!

I wanted to be sure that I give you an accurate account before I write my review. Like to so many I wanted to purchase a chelsea boot style for quite some time, but could never find the right fit or style until now. After reading so many reviews both here and the company website and I decided to take the plunge. So it has been about a week now since I purchase (Feb. 19th 2024). First, I want to say the color and style is exactly what I was looking for (black coffee) I have received numerous compliments, you can wear it for work, hangout with a group of friends/colleague or pair it with your favorite maxi dress/skirt or pants/jeans there is really no wrong way. Secondly, don't let anyone fool you, it will take some time to break into these boots I am a normally a size 10 with wide feet, so I took a half size in order to get some wiggles room and even that took some adjusting to. Thirdly, it took some maneuvering for me to remove the boots, but once I find away it was smooth sailing from there. Overall, I would say I made the right decision in getting these boots despite what I said. Next time I will purchase these boots in black.

I love these boots so much. They're amazing quality, feel great, and I walk everywhere in these. Mind you, I only use these in the city as these are my nice boots and don't see using these for off trail muddy hiking (if you live out West and have the nice dusty trails, go for it!) For those who complain of them already getting scuffed and scraped. They are 100% LEATHER. These are not synthetic. A nice leather shoe polish and protectant will rid those scuffs and scraps and keep them looking fantastic. These did have a STRONG leather smell and I could smell the leather before I even opened the shoe box. I smelled it as soon as I opened the Amazon box which contained the shoe box. I would definitely let them air out outside on a nice day. I love the smell of leather but the smell lasts a long while like a few weeks before the smell becomes more subtle. These also work GREAT in the rain and keeping my feet warm and dry. I have reynauds syndrome, so keeping my feet warm is a major deal for me (pesky small capillaries and poor blood circulation). The price is worth it believe me. Plus, them being made in either Arkansas or Mexico, is supporting the USA and our neighbors and that means SMALLER CARBON FOOTPRINT. Shipping shoes around the globe from China takes planes trains, ships, and trucks. That's a no go for me if I'm spending a lot of money. I'd like to keep our money in the Americas and Canada thanks!

These boots are okay. I’m size 7 and they fit perfectly. Slightly big around the ankle area. They don’t look as expensive as they are. They look well made and they might last a while. Time will tell. Would not buy any other boots from this company, which I was considering doing. Just okay boots, not fabulous. Meh. Wore these boots 3 times— heel is peeling off. Listen— go elsewhere not worth the money at all! Hyped well above its actual quality.

Pros and cons... pros include the look and style which is just my style of boot. I wore them with jeans and dress pants in Paris and other European capitals and didn't feel out of place. It rained more days than not and the socks/feet stayed dry; I'm talking serious rain. Though I did avoid puddles as best as possible. These really are nice looking boots and the heel height is perfect. Who wants higher heels slepping all over Paris, Amsterdam and Copenhagen? You don't see Europeans foolishly wearing high heels. Cons...I wear size 8 but first ordered an 8.5 which were way too small especially in the toes area. Upped it to a size 9 and it was still tight in the toes area and I do not have wide feet. Given the miles and miles of walking and a bad lower back, I would have liked to put in Dr. Scholl inserts but despite trying to cut them down enough for a comfortable fit, it just didn't happen. Support-wise these are not going to provide that type of support if you really need it which is a real con given the cost of the boot. It's too bad they don't provide a much better insert. In reality, I probably could have gone with a 9.5 in order to use the Dr. Scholl's inserts.
