Once I put it together - it has sat near my patio (near a bed of flowers) throughout the summer and in winter - I emptied it and it still stands on my yard by the patio. You will not get a strong flow of water from this but - It has been very handy for filling water pots and buckets full of water to apply to plants and flowers.

Build quality: Worked great till the bottom spicket broke off screw attachment with it. I dont know if it was the pressure from the water broke it or if i pulled too hard. Im going to see if i can fix it but it was a bit disappointing.

This is the worst engineered item I have ever purchased. It comes with a plastic tube which must be installed in a narrow channel, otherwise the rain water will leak out at the bottom. It comes with no instructions for installing the tube but the channel is so small it is almost impossible to install. It took me over 2 hours with a dowel rod and wire hanger and narrow pliers to push/pull the tube through and connect it. Completely aggravating experience!

Easy set up and water retention capacity were good. I purchased this item in November 2024 and by April 2025 I noticed a small leak on the lower faucet which became worse when opening or closing the faucet. I figured it was the o-ring that was cracked. I unscrewed the fitting for the lower faucet and replaced the o-ring. I was hoping that was the problem of the leak and upon replacing the o-ring and tightening the faucet item on the bottom of the barrel, the fixture broke completely off.

Great with modifications. Changed the drain valve to a 3/4"pipe to hose so I can use a standard garden hose. Also changed the overflow fiiting to a hose fitting, which allows me to run a short section of hose to the next barrel.
