Using it as a tote with heavy items I wouldn't recommend. We use it in the car to keep groceries from flying all over the place but remove the heavy items when taking in the house. It's attractive, quality organizer. I bought it for my Acura MDX for the trunk area. I've had something like this before from Eddie Bauer. Es cómoda para poner las compras o cuando vas de viaje y deseas colocar cosas sueltas o en bolsa y no deseas que se salgan o esté dando vueltas por la maleta. Finally after years of waiting, Thule is again making go-boxes! I bought a couple of these some 15-20 years ago, and am happy to be able to pick up another (large size) from Amazon.
