I was a lil afraid purchasing especially cus some of the reviews but I'm glad I did. Works well I would wish the charging was a lil faster and the battery lasts pretty well. Sorry to be TMI but I was also scared because it was my first time using a massager and this seemed a lil more advanced but to my surprise the design was amazing and once I got use to it the "rabbit" part is sooo good. I do recommend not exchanging because I heard they reuse the returned ones.
