The first thing I did when I received it was charge it. I left it charging for 2 hours like it specified on the instructions But when I tried to turn it on nothing happened. I thought maybe I didn't let it charge long enough So I let it charge for a longer period. I checked it every 2 hours to see if it was fully charged but still didn't turn on at all with either the remote or the button the bottom. Keep in mind that this item is not returnable or Exchangeable. So if you receive one that is broken, they will not let you return it, Get your money back or switch it out for one that works. Keeping that in mind, I never would have bought it in the first place.

When this thing hit my prostate, I hit the ceiling, man it was heaven. But after about 8 uses, the thruster quit...grrrrrr. It still feels ok and vibrates and warms. You can use it manually to get there, but it was fun to suction on the shower wall and have it produce the prostate contrations. Yeee Haw. sorry it quit working right. wish I could aford a new one, but if it broke that fast... oh well Jack

I like it, the only thing I don’t like is the heating button on the remote was broke. Compared to the other ones I have that have vibration, this doesn’t really have a strong vibration, but the thrusting is nice, definitely had better! I didn’t want to send it back, because it’s not really a big of deal, but I will review it, so others can be aware. I still love the product, I reach for this one more because it’s a good warm up size and it’s fun to play with. I do not like that it’s like a metal rode in there. I can’t bend it or do anything. but it’s okay still enjoy it!
