This pink mauve lip plumper gloss is perfect for me. I am not a lipstick or colored gloss wearer typically but this tint is a mild color that isn't excessive. Upon application, I do notice a tingle which usually indicates the plumper is kicking in though I don't really notice any plumping of the lips. That's not too big of a deal as I like this gloss a lot regardless of whether or not much plumping happens. If you're someone who prefers subtle shades and a hydrating gloss as your regular go-to, this is one you will love. I would give it 5 stars if I saw any indication of plumping but my lips are still as thin and unplumped as ever. I would still recommend this gloss, however, and feel it is high-quality and one I will use regularly.

Very well impressed by this lip gloss, especially in Jo, the perfect pink‑mauve that’s subtle yet beautifully vibrant. It delivers just the right amount of color with a stunning high-shine finish. Jo adds a touch of sophistication while still feeling natural enough for everyday wear. From the first swipe, I noticed my lips felt plumper and more hydrated—no stinging or irritation, just a refreshing cooling sensation. The Maxi‑Lip™ and Line‑Refine Hydrating Complex™ (peptides + sodium hyaluronate) really work to smooth fine lines and visibly plump lips over time. You can tell the difference overtime on lip volume, lip hydration and ease of defining the fine lines. Which to me that translates for fuller, smoother‑looking lips that feel soft and nourished after each wear. A major plus that I've experienced zero burning or irritation. Just a gentle, cooling hint of citrus scent that felt clean and fresh. It’s lightweight yet packed with moisture: vitamin E, castor oil, hyaluronic acid—all the hydrators that keep lips soft and supple. The doe-foot applicator glides on smoothly and evenly, with no tugging and no feathering beyond the lip line. I ordered this Thrive Causemetics Sheer Strength Lip Gloss in the shade Jo, which is a pretty neutral pink. Does it tingle like plumping glosses do? Yes. Does it plump my lips? No, not that I can see. The formula is hydrating and not sticky, but I don't feel they should call it a plumping gloss as it doesn't really work for that purpose. It is a nice lip gloss overall, but don't get your hopes high for a plumper lip.

This has become one of my new favorite lip glosses. It gives my lips just enough color without being overwhelming. The gloss stays on for a good while (at least a few hours) and is easy enough to reapply when needed. There is little to no stickiness and the formula just feels good and smooth on my lips. I can feel the plumping effects with the minty flavor/feeling, but it isn't painful or irritating. I have used other lip plumpers that simply hurt. This one does not. It can be blended in easily with your lips to create a beautiful, shiny smooth finish. Overall, this lip gloss is high quality and definitely worth it. I am very happy with it!
