It feels lightweight but still has a good amount of weight, so you can tell the materials are high quality and not thin at all. Recently it’s been extremely cold in New York, and this comforter keeps me very warm while still feeling light and comfortable. Wouldn't buy this at full price, but at $83 (cyber monday deal) it is much warmer than the Ikea duvets and looks nice on it's own. I have paired it with a CHOSHOME Plush Shaggy Duvet Cover and it is warm enough to make me sweat in the cold winter temps. It has a nice weight too so it can be used as a form of weighted blanket when it is folded in half. It is going to make a crinkling noise, that's just how these duvet inserts are, but once you cover it the sounds become more muted.

Now I know it's only been one day but I absolutely loved my new down comforter. I know it's down because it has a distinct smell. Not a bad smell but I like it some won't. It immediately fluffed up with a little help and was quite warm, not too warm though. It does have a crinkly sound that appeals to my ears haha. Nerodivergent girly here. All of my down comforters have had the same smell and sound. It's not for everyone but it is for me. However I don't know the longevity of this one ... I saw a lot of reviews saying that it was leaking feathers upon arrival. Mine did not have any leaking yet. But also all the other ones I've ever had do leak some sort of feathers from them. I'm not talking about like pouring on the ground but I'll find one here and there. I'll come back later to do an update on the longevity and see if it does leak like others are saying.
